The plug is designed with the correct powder for the TML 2.0 Light Panels.

The flicker free dimmer switch is set to default to full power/brightness when it is first plugged in. Gently tapping the on sign on the switch will decrease the brightness by 20% with each tap taking you through the 5 settings and a long tap on the button will turn the light off.
